How do I add the keyboard to my keyboard? I just installed this for 99¢ and it wont find the darn keyboard to add to my keyboards!!! Its making me angry!!!! Someone please HELP!!!!!

It doesnt install any new emojis I paid for it and it doesnt even work if I could return this and get my money back I would...... What a waist!!!:( I wish I could give it a 0 since I never even used it!!!!
